WE WRESTLE NOT AGAINST FLESH AND BLOOD…

Published

on

Ephesians 6:12
"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against
principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the
darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in
high places."

In a vision, I found myself about to pray, but I could sense a lot of evil spirits in the room where I was, trying to prevent me from praying.
Although they were invisible, I could tell exactly where they were.
I was also able to see clearly what was happening in the adjourning room.
I saw people whom I knew in the physical and God had revealed these people to me as demons in human disguise.
They included a woman and three children, the youngest about 2 years old, also just a demon in human disguise.
I saw them working together with the demons which were flying in the atmosphere trying to block me from praying.
They were using charms, casting spells and enchanting just so that I wouldn't pray.
All this was happening in the adjourning room,in the room where I was,I could see nothing, but I sensed I was surrounded by numerous demons.
Suddenly I was pinned down by invisible forces and tied to the ground.
I struggled to get up but it was all in vain.
I then remembered psalm 23 and began reciting it.
"The Lord is my shepherd,I shall not want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures…….. "
As I recited the psalm,I sensed I was being freed from the invisible force pinning me down.
And I said,"Jesus save me!"
Immediately whatever was holding me down let me go and I stood up and began to pray.
But as soon as I began to pray, the evil spirits whose presence I could previously only sense all suddenly became visible.I was surrounded.
They were small ugly looking creatures in the whole atmosphere and they were extremely angry that I was praying they began hailing abuses!
I stood up in authority, destroying the demons in the name of Jesus Christ.
I knew Satan hates prayer but sometimes we forget how real spiritual warfare is.
Its not just sometimes when you pray that you have to face it but I realised its each and every time!
Each time you kneel down to pray you are on the battle field but thank God we are assured of victory in the name of Jesus Christ.
Jesus has so many times shown me how satan resists prayer.
There's a lot of activity going on in the spiritual realm that we are usually unaware of.
Therefore we must approach prayer with seriousness so we can defeat the enemy.
Satan is so desperate for your soul and he knows the sure way of stopping you from entering heaven is by stopping you from praying.
He ll send demons to make you feel lazy to pray, to keep postponing prayer,to discourage you that you are achieving nothing in prayer (by the way if this was true why would he be concerned?!),and he ll kill your prayer life slowly.
But prayer is a powerful weapon given to us by Jesus to wage war against the enemy.
No evil force can withstand the power of prayer.
At the name of Jesus Christ every knee bows and every mountain moves!
No backsliding spirit can withstand prayer in the Holy Spirit.
It is the most important thing you can do each and everyday.
Never be too busy to pray.
Its better you are too busy praying that you run out of time to do anything else.
Submit to God in prayer and resist Satan.
Jesus Christ has given you power to trample on snakes, scorpions and all the powers of Satan and NOTHING shall harm you.The gates of hell can't prevail against you.
Defeat Satan, pray always in the power of the Holy Spirit.
