Eternity isn’t something we can just trust in another person’s hands….

Eternity isn’t something we can just trust in another person’s hands.
What if they’re wrong and we find out too late that they deceived us when they told us our sins don’t matter and we are still saved because we confessed Jesus as our Lord?
There’s a heaven and a hell and the only place to decide where we want to go is while we are here on earth.
It’s an extremely serious decision which should not be left in another person’s hands, but rather we must seek out the truth ourselves and ask Jesus to show us the way of true salvation.
If we pray and ask Jesus He will always direct us in the right way to go.
We are living in an era of great deception and if we just get comfortable because of what someone told us that is dangerous because it’s something we won’t be able to change.
We must seek Jesus on our own.
This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t go to church or be taught things by preachers.
Rather it means you must take your salvation personal by having a personal prayer life, ask Jesus to give you the Holyspirit, search out what the word of God teaches instead of just relying on what you hear others say.
The Holyspirit will start to give you understanding and lead you in ALL TRUTH.
The Holyspirit is the One whom you can trust to lead you in the path that leads to eternal life.
He cannot mislead you.
That’s why Jesus said He Himself is the good Shepherd who leads His sheep and they follow Him and He leads them to good pasture.
We must be led by the Holyspirit.
Often people ask how they can hear the voice of God.
But it happens automatically when you start to spend a lot of time in prayer.
You will hear His voice so clearly and He will start to teach you so many things.
Jesus will start to teach you and guide you what to do and what not to do,what to say and what not to say.
Jesus cares about your salvation,He ll never mislead you neither will He silently watch you in sin without correcting you.
As long as you walk with Him,He will do everything to make sure you live a life that is pleasing to God.
He doesn’t force you to obey, that is a choice you will have to make, but He will tell you and correct you and teach you.
Jesus is the One we can trust with our salvation.
Salvation is not a one time thing.
It’s a decision you make and at that moment when you choose to repent and believe in Jesus you get saved and can go to heaven that very moment.
But why the path is narrow and difficult like Jesus said is because after your initial decision, now you must keep carrying your cross by crucifying the desires of your flesh and continuing to choose Jesus throughout your life till you die.
If along the way you decide to choose your sin and stay there without repentance, you lose your salvation.
That is why the path is narrow and difficult and very unappealing to many because it’s a life of continued self denial lived in obedience to God.
We don’t live for ourselves, we live for Christ.
We don’t live our lives how we want,we live our lives how Jesus wants.

You first three words in this write up are more than enough . They can contain all the waters in the oceans .

If somebody leads someone astray that someone cant use it as an excuse before the Almighty. The only person to trust, vis avis eternity determinant decisions, is only Jesus Messiah.

    So help we God.

Yes, sister. Rachael in reference to your message, as a statement of fact, many Christians in some denominations have actually put their eternity in the hands of their pastors, bishops, General Overseers, popes etc to the intent that they can’t follow the Word of God except what these their pastors say, and there have been records, reports and witnesses that when God is sending messages through other Children of God to correct such their pastors in order to save their own soul and the souls of many from eternal doom, they tend to fight the message bearer .
They end up inadvertently intercepting God’s message to their pastors and work against God’s purpose in their own lives and in the life of their pastors, thereby also jeopardising the souls of many.

Like you stated, they are expected to find out the truth by themselves by seeking God and His Word.

Yes, absolute truth, sister Rachael, there is very great deception out there. In fact so great deception!!
so why would we just get comfortable because of what someone told us.
    Very very dangerous really!!

Like you also stated, “Often people ask how they can hear the voice of God.”
From time immemorial it seems this is an issue many are still grappling with, and some even got misled and entered into strange doctrines while in search for God’s voice.
    Can you imagine?

Through God’s inspiration you gave the answer thus:
“But it happens automatically when you start to spend a lot of time in prayer.
You will hear His voice so clearly and He will start to teach you so many things.”

Simply put, prayer is the key to hearing God.

Referencing you, “Salvation is not a one time thing.
It’s a decision you make and at that moment when you choose to repent and believe in Jesus you get saved and can go to heaven that very moment.”

You itemised why the path is indeed narrow:
Now this section of the message is what I tag …… permit me to say, “Being born again, again every moment”, where you concluded by saying,
” We don’t live our lives how we want, we live our lives how Jesus wants.”
And I must say this is INDEED THE GOSPEL!!
and the path is indeed narrow because you must keep carrying your cross by crucifying the desires of your flesh and continuing to choose Jesus throughout your life till you die.
And this could be very unappealing to many because it’s a life of continued self denial lived in obedience to God.

And the message sounded a Note of warning also that:
Salvation can indeed be lost, unlike the notion or belief of some thinking salvation cannot be lost.
They even come up with the slogan “once saved, forever saved”

But your message has clarified this, stated thus:
“If along the way you decide to choose your sin and stay there without repentance, you lose your salvation.”

Dear sister, thanks for sharing this and I pray you and we live worthy of this calling and be heaven worthy always in Jesus Name

Amen, Sister Racheal referring to your detailed message. Just a quick note to let your know that I was once caught in living my life according to what pastor’s and bishops say in church and claim that God instructed them to guide our daily lives. I started by noticing unholy approach of doing or teaching and guiding people by the word of God. Often pastor will tell us that we must stop giving birth, for example if you had three children upon joing the church, he will say God recommend few children during our era, hence we must stop giving birth. He will often demands 10% in advance to do his daily affairs. If it happens that your no longer working he will never be In touch with you like before. He often threaten us with death if you’re failing in providing 10% . So I’m writing in seconding what you wrote, is true and God bless you in moving forward. -Amen
